As a rule, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time on the arrival date is from 16.00 onwards and the check-out time on the departure date is before 09.30 in the morning. In some accommodation there may be a mandatory arrival and departure date, which can be seen on the availability calendar by the blue-coloured days. The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are based on the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the accommodation. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more than the indicated number of persons.

    Three families with young adult children and their nonagenarian grandfather had a very enjoyable week at Villa Pinosol 12. This is the second time we have booked the villa. We particularly enjoy the veranda, outside pool and dining area and barbecue hut and these features greatly influence our decision to rent the villa despite the disadvantage of no A/C. Windows do not have mosquito netting. Noise from the main road is noticeable but did not bother us. Access to any of three cars at any time is inconvenient leading one family to park their car on the road. Driving out of the villa is usually by backing out onto the side road and then onto the access road which is not ideal. Pool table area is restrictive and pool cues were all damaged. Open plan sleeping area for two is not ideal. The wi-fi signal was not strong and the TV limited. Some minor maintenance issues. But the villa is ideal for our families; we had a wonderful time and would definitely book it again. 7.8

    The Villa is absolutely beautiful and located at a very quiet and relaxing spot of javea, so it's perfect for families. Due to the fact that it is situated a bit out side of javea (on the top of a hill) I'd recommend you to rent a car. But even if you won't rent a car, it'll only takes you about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach. The city is located a bit further away, but there's no problem to get there by car or even by taxi (it's very cheap). There are many different supermarkets in Javea it only takes you about 10-15 minutes to walk. The house is big and has a great pool. They even sent a pool-boy to clean it. Even for very big groups of people is enough room, and you have a perfect opportunity to eat outside at a covered table to enjoy a nice evening in the cool weather. Another positive thing: the people working at the office are very friendly and will help you with every problem you have. 8.2

    Your Villa is absolutely beautiful and my friends and I are very satisfied with our holiday trip. The photos on your website look just like the rooms look in reality. There were some issues with the electricity of the pool and the pool bar, as well as with one of the toilets and the oven. Most of it was fixed very fast. But I wrote you an email on sunday, containing some of the problems we had just after we arrived. Unfortunately I never got an answer. Which isn't very pleasing. The billard table is great but the room is to small to play.The dinner-table inside is a bit too small for a group of 16 people. But everything else was perfect. Your employees at the office we're very kind and helpful, the villa is big and beautiful and the price is absolutely amazing. 8.2

    A perfect villa for our party of three families with teenage and grown up children and a ninety year old grandfather. Rooms were spacious with good bathrooms and two en suite. Inside eating area and lounge opens up to veranda with comfortable and roomy seats. The veranda steps lead down to pool, pool area, pool bar and barbecue and the eating area so tenants can be doing different things but still be together. The outside poolside eating area was ideal for group evening meals. The kitchen was a good size and well laid out. The villa could do with AC or mosquito nettings and fans in all rooms if not. The villa is next to a main road and car noise it noticeable but the feel of the villa still has a tranquil; and private feel to it. We would definitely recommend it and would want to return again. 8

In short, Jávea is a place where people live and yet others spend their holidays, who love privacy but also love conviviality and want to avoid the masses.

    General Information Jávea

    The history of Jávea or Xabia (in Valencian), goes back many centuries. The first evidence of the occupation of the area are even 16,000 years old and can be found in the caves of the imposing Montgó mountain in the form of mural drawings. Jávea is divided into three different areas, the old village (El Pueblo), the port (El Puerto) and the area around the sandy beach of Jávea (El Arenal) where most holiday homes can be found. Jávea hasn't changed much in the past centuries and one can still find traditionally built houses around typical Spanish squares.

    The port of Jávea was built in 1871 and the trade was mainly in raisins. After the collapse of this market, the once large port fell into a small fishing port. Later, thanks to increasing tourism, this port was extended to include a marina.

    Beaches of Jávea

    El Arenal (the sandy beach) is the promenade of Jávea. Here you will find many restaurants, cozy bars, shops and some clubs that stay open until the early hours. There are playgrounds for children, volleyball nets and you can rent jet skis and boats. But let's not forget the many other beaches of Jávea: El Pope, Ambolo, La Granadella, Muntanyar and Cala la Sardina.

    The smaller beaches of Jávea consist mainly of pebble and rocky beaches. The beaches of La Grava and Cala Blanca are ideal for practicing water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and canoeing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tangó are pebble beaches that are ideal for snorkeling and diving.
